Ok hotel, no real amenities. Pool is small and has insufficient sunbeds.

Rooms could be cleaned better Bathrooms could be better maintained.

Breakfast here was exceptional !!!! There was a wide selection of international and local dishes, fresh juices, artisanal breads, and barista-quality coffee and the Chai that made every morning a treat. Truly exceptional quality and presentation. The staff was extremely generous.

There was a party around the pool until 11:15pm which was very loud.

Feels newer and fresher than many similar options. Rooms are well maintained, staff welcoming and courteous, with good parking space and easy access. Abrahm at reception deserves special mention for his polished and warm hospitality. Overall very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Overall experience was great, only minor improvements in amenities and attention to small details could make it even better.

We had twin beds. Requested 1 quen/king bed as a family but was not helped. We understand non availability but not the attitude

The staff were warm and genuinely welcoming from the start, with thoughtful touches like early check-in and a complimentary birthday cake that made the celebration extra special. Service throughout was efficient and friendly, from quick delivery of utensils to the accommodating breakfast team. The pool area had a great ambiance, perfect for a relaxing swim both in the evening and morning. Overall, the combination of excellent service, attention to detail, and relaxing atmosphere really stood out.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to complain about during our stay. If I had to point out anything, it would be helpful to have a slightly later pool closing time, especially since the evening ambiance was so relaxing.

Hotel is clean and functional, buffet spread and staff support at the breakfast hall is impressive

Swimming pool is small, spa is extremely expensive

Facility is clean except the pool access until 8PM only is too short since night swimming is good during summer time, maybe you can extend until 10PM will be fine

I booked 3 bedrooms for my family, during checkout the staff called me in my room around 11AM to remind me of check out time of 12Noon and I requested to have an extension of 30min but the staff told me that extension is not allowed, so we pack hurriedly and not even took my bath, very bad experience.

Clean and organized inside

The property isn’t family suitable as there were no cribs provided regardless of asking for one , I was always asking for room service and never made it to help with baggage items although I was holding my baby in a stroller and handful , it was never helpful for a family.

Cleanliness of the facility.The front desk staff was helpful, especially the manager.The restaurant staff was amazing.

The only negative thing was the size of the swimming pool, it should be bigger than how it is.

We stayed in this hotel as a family and we had a great time here. Family friendly, the staff were so nice and the breakfast was great.

Swimming pool is so small. Since it was Eid vacation, pool was crowded. The pool staff asked us to leave 7:45 PM although it says the pool is available till 8 PM.
